Q. How do I track my delivery order?
A. The 'My Account' page displays the order progress, there are also contact and tracking details included in your order dispatch email when the item has left our warehouse.
Q. Can I control the delivery options?
A. Most of our parcels are sent by courier who offer a delivery update service. For smaller items we send via Royal Mail 1st Class service. If you have chosen to have the order delivered within our local area, then your item will be delivered on a Cane Adam vehicle.
Q. I need to return an order, who pays the postage?
A. If the goods are faulty we will collect at our expense, if you have changed your mind or just don't like them, the cost of return is not covered by Cane Adam. Please return with a copy of the receipt (it will be in the original parcel) so we can identify the order.
Q. How will i know when my click & collect order is ready?
A. You will recieve direct communication from your selected store, either by phone or email to let you know when the goods have been picked and put aside ready for you.
