Payment
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Cane Adam Ltd uses VeriSign SSL encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data and provide maximum security over the internet.
UK Mainland Delivery
If your delivery country isn't shown in the shopping basket, please email sales@caneadam.co.uk or call 01252 715004 for a carriage quote. Delivery will normally be within four working days from order to mainland UK. For other destinations delivery will normally be between five and ten working days but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Cane Adam Ltd by You with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.
Delivery Outside UK Mainland

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
If You are not completely satisfied with Your Cane Adam Ltd Product You may return it at your cost, which for overseas Customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities, in the same condition as dispatched within twenty-eight days with the sales ticket and in the original packaging for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. If You wish to return Products, please send Us an e-mail to Cane Adam Ltd Customer Service at: sales@caneadam.co.uk Please state Your docket number, the reason for returning the Product and whether You would like a refund or a replacement Product. If You are returning any Products, please send them to: Cane Adam Ltd, Unit D, Grovebell Industrial Estate, Wrecclesham Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 4PL. This is our address for returns and any other communication. If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
Warranties
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the Products You order. Please contact Us or the manufacturer if You require further information. If Cane Adam Ltd discovers that a price was mis-stated or that a Product is out of stock, Cane Adam Ltd will either notify You by e-mail or give You the option of voiding the sale.
